CyberSmart Partner Tiers 2025

Frequently asked questions

  • A CyberSmart Partner is any MSP, VAR or IT provider who wants to work with us to better protect themselves and their customers from cyber threats.

  • We offer four tiers: Registered, Growth, Advanced and Strategic. Tiers are based on the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) a partner generates through selling CyberSmart products. If you’re unsure what your MRR or projected MRR is, don’t worry, our team can help.

  • All new partners are assigned to the Growth tier for the first six months of partnership, before being moved to the tier most suited to their business.

  • There are no requirements to join as a Registered Partner, however, as you progress through the tiers there are requirements based on your Tier.

    However, we believe that all businesses should complete Cyber Essentials as a minimum standard. And we expect our partners to adhere to this.

    To support you, we offer all partners heavily discounted cybersecurity packages to protect your own business. Alongside this, we also expect all partners to complete online training to establish a baseline of knowledge and to commit to a joint action plan.

    Your dedicated Account Manager or Distribution partner can provide further details on these requirements depending on your Partner Tier.

  • Through our BeCyberSmart Community, you’ll be able to access webinars, training, campaigns-in-a-box, co-brandable assets and interactive demos, and even marketing development funds. Higher-tier partners also have direct access to our Partner Marketing Managers for joint planning and support.
